Matsapha is an industrial area where most of the eSwatini (Swaziland)’s industry is done. eSwatini (Swaziland)’s international airport is situated at Matsapha.
At Matsapha there is a small shopping complex known as Mahhala which offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants and banking facilities.
The University of eSwatini (Swaziland) (UNISWA) and Voctim are situated at Matsapha.
Lozitha Palace is only a few miles from the Matsapha area.
The Royal eSwatini (Swaziland) Police college can also be found at Matsapha.
Matsapha is a very busy area it comprises of a number of different small locations.
This small area also provides various luxurious hotels, B&Bs, lodges and guest houses for accomodation.
MATSAPHA AIRPORT
Sikhuphe International Airport was planned to replace it by 2010, with Matsapha being taken over by the army.
Sikhuphe International Airport was completed early in 2014 and renamed King Mswati III International during the handover.
